A creator programme for a loose-leaf tea brand: shortlisting, seeding kits, briefs and content rights.

The brand had sent free products before with no brief, and very little content came back.

We built a creator shortlist by niche, designed a gift box and brief, managed outreach and usage agreements and organised the content library.
